We provide sports physicals for students who are uninsured, underinsured or unable to access care in a timely manner. Ages 3-18 and up!

1st & 3rd SAT 8AM-12PM

Upcoming Sports Physical Day:

Appointments are first-come, first-served.

We potentially will stop taking appointments by 11AM, depending on demand.

Children under the age of 15 must have a legal guardian present. Students over the age of 15 are able to come without.
