Host Interest Form
The Compassion Dinner & Tour will end with a video from a patient, a brief presentation on how Salem Free Clinics is funded, and a simple invitation for guests to support the mission. Our staff facilitates this portion of the evening, allowing hosts to simply enjoy introducing others to the clinic.
